Acid patterning is the process of giving depth to the surface, which has been pre-prepared with pickling and the pattern of which has been transferred by transfer, by using the appropriate acid according to the type of steel, is called acid patterning. During acid patterning, air temperature ratio, acid temperature and bome are the points to be considered. Ventilation should be considered when acid patterning. It should be known that acid is a dangerous substance when inhaled. Acid patterning should be done with appropriate acids and well-ventilated and treatment plants. During acid patterning, the desired pattern depth in the steel should be well-adjusted, and the depth-giving process should be applied according to the structure of the steel. After acid patterning, the part should be cleaned very well.
